The NCP1562 Evaluation Board is a 48V telecom dc-dc converter. It generates 3.3 V from a 48 V input. The demo board uses the active clamp forward topology. The demo board is designed to fit the standard half-brick form factor and pin out. The board can deliver 100W with external cooling as normally encountered in the telecom equipment. Once can also note that the board is also suitable to get familiar with the NCP1562 and a forward active clamp topology. |
