LTC3622EDE 5V/3.3V 系列輸出降壓穩(wěn)壓器在突發(fā)模式操作中的典型應(yīng)用電路。 LTC3622 是一款雙路 1A 輸出、高效率同步單片降壓穩(wěn)壓器，能夠采用高達(dá) 17V 的輸入電源工作。開關(guān)頻率固定為 1MHz 或 2.25MHz，與外部時(shí)鐘的同步范圍為 ±50%。該穩(wěn)壓器在寬輸出電壓范圍內(nèi)具有超低靜態(tài)電流和高效率

Typical Application Circuit for LTC3622EDE 5V/3.3V Series Output, Step-Down Regulator in Burst Mode Operation. The LTC3622 is a dual 1A output, high efficiency synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of operating from input supplies up to 17V. The switching frequency is fixed to 1MHz or 2.25MHz with a ±50% synchronization range to an external clock. The regulator features Ultra Low quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide output voltage range
