具有電源正常指示功能的 MCP1602 2.0MHz、500mA 同步降壓穩(wěn)壓器的典型應(yīng)用。 MCP1602 是一款高效、完全集成的 500 mA 同步降壓穩(wěn)壓器，帶有電源正常監(jiān)控器。 2.7V 至 5.5V 輸入電壓范圍和低靜態(tài)電流（典型值為 45 uA）使 MCP1602 非常適合由 1 節(jié)鋰離子電池或 2 節(jié)/3 節(jié) NiMH/NiCd 電池供電的應(yīng)用

Typical Application for MCP1602 2.0MHz, 500mA Synchronous Buck Regulator with Power-Good. The MCP1602 is a high efficient, fully integrated 500 mA synchronous buck regulator with a powergood monitor. The 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and low quiescent current (45 uA, typical) makes the MCP1602 ideally suited for applications powered from 1-cell Li-Ion or 2-cell/3-cell NiMH/NiCd batteries
